We are looking forward to the return of Natalya Dubrovina, RYT 500, this will be her second retreat at Mariposa on the Lake. With great turnout of guests and wonderful experience of her last retreat we are sure Natalya's Spring Detox Retreat will be a huge success. Spots are already going quickly!
Natalya is a certified yoga teacher with an athletic and coaching background. 12 years experience in practicing yoga and five years teaching yoga. She completed her 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training in 2014, then 100 hours Ayurveda Lifestyle Counselor Training in 2015, and 300 hours Yoga and Ayurveda Teacher Training in 2016 with Arpita Shah and Om Yoga Journey. For Natalya's continuing education she has been attending various Para Yoga Training and master classes with Yogarupa Rod Stryker, hosted every year by Living Yoga Dallas as well as attending various yoga retreats herself. She feels blessed to have this unique opportunity to learn from such great mentors and will always be deeply grateful for loving wisdom her teachers have shared with her. Natalya is known for her authentic, non-judgmental, and compassion-centered approach and gentle but at the same time challenging teaching style. Availing herself to continuous education from various spiritual disciplines, Natalya implements thought-provoking affirmations and various relaxation and meditations techniques throughout her classes, applying ancient wisdom to our contemporary western world in a useful and understandable way. She encourages growth on all levels - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual, inspiring the interconnectedness to each other, to the world and to the universe at large. Natalya believes yoga can help people to maintain their active life style and stay in perfect shape but at the same time provide better physical, emotional, and mental health. In addition, she is convinced that practicing yoga may aim to resolve personal issues and inner conflicts, restore happiness and joy, and develop spirituality. Finally, regular yoga practice, regardless of types and styles of yoga as well as intensity and complexity of yoga classes can help find a better balance between the hyper active life we lead and the deep relaxation we really need.
