Open to everyone, a long weekend getaway retreat where you can learn and experience a powerful healing modality. It is perfect for yoga teachers, massage therapist, Reiki practitioners, or anyone who is interested in well-being and bodywork.

This is an all-inclusive nurturing and transformational retreat where you will learn how to perform a 90 minute Thai Massage using ancient techniques simplified and taught in a 3day course.

Traditional Thai Massage is an ancient practice with its roots in yoga, Ayurveda, and Buddhist spiritual practice. This unique and complete system combines rhythmic massage, acupressure, gentle twisting, deep stretching, and meditation. It releases tension, increases vitality, and creates wholeness in mind, body and spirit. It leaves one clear, grounded, expanded, peaceful, and light.

Thai Massage is done in comfortable clothing on the mat. You will have a wonderful experience with hours of nurturing massage. No prior yoga or massage experience is necessary. The movements and adjustments you will learn are also valuable complements to yoga teaching and massage therapy. You may learn to give or simply enjoy receiving the art of Thai Massage.

Phoebe Diftler's 18 years of practice and teaching has lead her to publish her first book, Urban Guide to Ancient Thai Massage. She utilizes her magnificent teaching skills and delivers information in a way that simplifies the details of Thai Massage and creates an atmosphere of fun. Phoebe's book is full of great reference material, photographic images, and details to remember while giving Thai Massage.

Lea Anne is an experienced practitioner that utilizes Thai Massage, Energy Healing, Yoga, Meditation and Sound Therapy to serve her clients.

They will guide and teach you how to structure and give a full body Thai Massage, principles of energy work, and the major energy lines that run throughout the body.

Upon completion of the retreat, you will receive a certificate of completion and a copy of Urban Guide to Ancient Thai Massage.
